How To Book

  • How Do I Make A Reservation

    Your reservation can be made online at select the location and date.

    Tickets can be purchased in person prior to the cruise but are based on availability therefore we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for your date and time.

  • How Do I Print Tickets Or Show My Boarding Pass

    Tickets do not need to be printed prior, just check-in with our staff at boarding with the last name associated with your booking.

Before You Board

  • Where Is The Boat?

    The boat is located at the Port Carling Locks at 2-7 James Bartleman Way directly across from Mooskoka’s Ice Cream shop

  • Is There Parking Near The Boat?

    Parking is available directly across the street from the dock however during the summer parking is extremely limited and you will need to ensure there is time allotted to find a space.

  • What Time Do I Need To Arrive For My Cruise?

    We ask that everyone arrives at the boat 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

On Board Experience

  • Is There Food Or Drink On The Boat?

    There are chips and drinks available for purchase during the cruise with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options.

  • Can I Bring Pets?

    Sadly, there are too many people with animal allergies to allow pets on our public cruises. The only exception would be for certified service animals.
